What Storyroo Does

Storyroo is an AI-powered platform that creates personalized children's storybooks, narrated audiobooks, songs, and coloring books. Parents and guardians provide details about their child, and we use artificial intelligence to generate unique, one-of-a-kind content tailored to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on Storyroo. While our content is designed for children, the platform is intended to be used by adults (parents, guardians, or gift-givers) on behalf of children.

Accounts

Orders are linked to the email address provided at checkout. Access to your library requires verification of that email address.

Products and Pricing

Storyroo offers digital products, including:

• Story + Narration — Illustrated digital book, PDF and narration in the browser reader. No printed book or single audiobook MP3 is included.
• Personalized Music — a custom song with your child's name, plus a lyrics card.
• Coloring Book — printable personalized coloring pages.
• Complete Pack — everything bundled together at a discount.

All prices are displayed at checkout in USD. Each product is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Payment

Payment is processed by the provider displayed at checkout under its terms. Prices shown in dollars are USD; check the final total before paying. Storyroo does not store full card details.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days. For complete details, please see our Refund Policy.

Content Ownership

• Your content — you retain the rights to the personalized content created for you (stories, audiobooks, songs, coloring books). You are free to download, print, share with family, and enjoy them however you like.
• Our platform — the Storyroo platform, technology, brand, design, and general (non-personalized) assets remain the intellectual property of EPG Labs.

AI-Generated Content

All stories, illustrations, narration, and music on Storyroo are generated using artificial intelligence. Because of the nature of AI:

• Each piece of content is unique and may vary in style, tone, or detail from other generated content.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or that the content will match any particular expectation.
• Generation follows instructions for age-appropriate content, but AI can make mistakes. An adult should review the story before sharing it with a child. Contact support if anything is unsuitable.

Acceptable Use

When using Storyroo, you agree not to:

• Attempt to generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content.
• Use the service for any purpose that could harm children or promote unsafe content.
• Misuse the platform, including attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its operation.
• Use automated tools to access the service without our permission.

Content Safety

Generation follows instructions for age-appropriate content, but AI can make mistakes. An adult should review the story before sharing it with a child. Contact support if anything is unsuitable.

Intellectual Property

The Storyroo name, logo, brand identity, website design, and underlying technology are owned by EPG Labs. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Storyroo is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver a great experience, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPG Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Storyroo for any user who violates these terms, attempts to generate inappropriate content, or misuses the platform in any way.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Storyroo will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where EPG Labs is established.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of Storyroo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
